Jean Paspa

For nearly 20 years, I have had the privilege of being part of Vitality since we opened our doors. What still excites me about this work is simple: helping people. As an esthetician, I get to help clients look and feel better on the outside, while my coaching work focuses on the inside. What excites me most is how much the industry has evolved. When I started, we had basically one peel and one laser. Now we have treatments that are less invasive but go deeper, do more, and create real transformation. I stay committed to learning the science so I can bring those possibilities to our clients. That combination of the technology, the science, and caring is what makes this work so fulfilling.

What motivates you to come to work?
For me, it really comes down to two things: being able to help people and the team I get to work with. I enjoy seeing clients feel better about themselves, and I’m lucky to work with a group of people at Vitality who genuinely care about what we do.

Do you have pets? What are their names?
I have cats, Wolfgang, Theodore and Earl.

The Four Agreements.
